Conference registration is now open. The conference fees are:
| Early Registration (by April 25, 2009) | $ 895 |
| Standard Registration (April 26 and after) | $ 1,095 |
| Graduate Student Registration | $ 495 |
The FOCAPD 2009 conference fee includes one copy of the proceedings from Taylor & Francis, the opening reception, refreshments during program breaks and the poster session.
There is an additional fee for the Conference Banquet and the Conference CD (which contains the full papers). These fees are:
$ 75 Banquet Ticket for Attendees (Thursday, June 11)
$ 30 Conference CD
Guests may attend the opening reception and banquet for additional fees. Guests must sign up in advance and cannot purchase tickets onsite. The guest fees are:
$ 35 Welcome Reception Ticket for Guests (Sunday, June 7)
$ 75 Banquet Ticket for Guests (Thursday, June 11)
In addition, you may register for the Workshop on Teaching Product and Process Design on the registration form. There is no fee for this workshop.
